Mario Flores focuses his practice on estate planning and estate administration where he advises his clients on methods and strategies to preserve their estates and ensure their last wishes are realized.  
 
As an associate, Mario has garnered experience with nonprofits, corporate transactions, litigation, and real estate matters. He has professional experience in land use, zoning and community development issues.  
 
Mario also volunteers with numerous community organizations where he sits on various boards and serves in multiple capacities.  He is certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution and is fluent in Spanish.
 
Texas Accountants and Lawyers for the Arts (TALA) was formed in 1979 to meet the legal and accounting needs of artists and nonprofit organizations. TALA provides free legal and accounting services to arts nonprofits and artists from all creative disciplines.
